03Data stored on your servers

You own the content you host on QuadCore Cloud infrastructure. We do not access, inspect or share data stored on your servers except when you ask us to as part of managed support, when required to keep the platform secure, or when compelled by a valid legal order.

04Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Trusted service providers such as payment processors, data-centre partners and email providers, under strict confidentiality.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and network.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

05Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff, regular audits and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

06Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by tax and accounting laws. Server data and backups are permanently deleted within 30 days after a service is cancelled.

07Your rights
